NYCOM and the Office of the State Comptroller (OSC) collaborate each year to create an exciting program designed not only for Clerks and Finance Officers, but also Managers, Administrators, Attorneys, and Elected Officials -- with more than 60 separate sessions on various aspects of municipal law, government operations, local finance and professional development. The Fall Training School is designed to provide a multitude of learning experiences for veterans and new officials in a relaxed, interactive setting. Informal networking opportunities will enable you to meet and learn from your peers from throughout New York State.
