Omnia Partners is a nonprofit government purchasing cooperative founded by the U.S. Conference of Mayors (USCM), the National League of Cities (NLC), the National Association of Counties (NACo), the Association of School Business Officials (ASBO) and the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP). Omnia Partners assists local and state government agencies, school districts (K-12), higher education, and nonprofits in reducing the cost of purchased goods and services by offering managed access to competitively solicited contracts between suppliers and lead public agencies.
U.S. Communities has over 55,000 national participants, 1,542 New York participating agencies and offers 28 contracts with 35 suppliers. In 2013, aggregate program sales exceeded $1.5 billion, with over $250 million in estimated savings to participating public agencies.
