To Serve and Inspect: Election Day Guidance for Village Election Inspectors
THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 20, 2025 (12:00 - 1:30 P.M.)
While the village clerk is the chief election officer for the village, it's the election inspectors who do the work of conducting the election on Election Day. NYCOM's webinar for election inspectors will provide an overview of village elections and the roles and responsibilities of election inspectors, with special attention paid to the differences between village elections conducted by villages and village elections conducted by county boards of election. The presentation will also address poll watchers, managing voters not on the registration list, canvassing the vote, including the canvass of early mail and absentee ballots. |
This webinar is open to NYCOM members ONLY. While the webinar is FREE to members, please use the link below to register. A recording will be provided to registrants following completion of the webinar. |
