The High Peaks Resort is the meeting headquarters for the 2013 Public Works Training School.  All sessions and meals will be at the High Peaks Resort. 

Hotel reservations can be made directly with the High Peaks Resort at (800) 755-5598 and mention NYCOM Public Works School to recieve this group rate.  A deposit of $200 per room is required to make a reservation.  Cancellations after October 14, 2013 will result in a lost deposit.  No exceptions.

Hotel rates include dinner Monday; lunch Monday-Wednesday; breakfast Tuesday and Wenesday; and all breaks.  Tuesday and Wednesday evening dinner is on your own.  There is not breakfast on Thursday. 


MEETING POLICIES AND PROCEDURES 

Policy on Access for the Disabled - The Conference of Mayors makes every effort to plan meetings which are accessible to the disabled. NYCOM requests advance notice by the registrant (including on-site registrants) so that we can make appropriate arrangements.

Attire - The attire for sessions at the Public Works School is casual. However, Tuesday's banquet luncheon is business attire.

Reimbursement - The expenses of this education and training meeting incurred by duly authorized municipal officials, officers and employees are reimbursable by cities and villages pursuant to the provisions of Section 77-b of the General Municipal Law.

Additional Policies - Meeting registration includes participation at all sessions, the trade show, breaks and the reception Tuesday evening. Refunds will be made in full for registration ONLY, if you notify NYCOM no later than October 18, 2013. The meeting registration fee is waived for guests of paid attendees, but meals are not included.

Meals - All meals except for Tuesday and Wednesday evening, are included ONLY if you are staying at the host hotel.  If you are NOT staying at the host hotel, you can pay for meals at the NYCOM registation desk.
